Access & Opening Hours
What are your opening hours?▾
We operate on two time models depending on your plan:
- Day Rhythm: Access Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Full Rhythm: 24/7 access for members who need maximum flexibility.
Where are you located?▾
We are located at Burdastraße 23, 77746 Schutterwald.
Is there parking available?▾
Yes, we have two designated parking spots for the coworking space. If these are occupied, plenty of public parking is available along the street. Please do not park in spots reserved for other building tenants.
Do I need a key?▾
Yes, the entrance is only possible with a valid access medium. After providing a copy of your ID, members receive a key transponder or digital access authorization. Please note that for security reasons, the main entrance and all connecting doors must be kept closed at all times.
Memberships & Plans
What membership options do you offer?▾
We have four main tariffs to suit different needs:
- Day Pass: Single-day access (choose Day Rhythm or Full Rhythm).
- Nomad Twelve Flex: A flexible 12-day pass per month. Perfect for part-time coworkers. Unused days expire at the end of the month.
- Flex Desk (Monthly Ticket): Unlimited access to the open space.
- Dedicated Desk (Fix Desk): Your own exclusive desk with 24/7 access (Full Rhythm only). Includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and docking station (subject to availability).
Can I leave my things at my desk?▾
It depends on your plan:
- Dedicated Desk: Yes, you can leave your equipment permanently on your desk.
- Day Pass, Nomad Twelve Flex & Flex Desk: No. We follow a strict Clean Desk Policy. You must completely clear your workspace after each use.
Booking & Cancellations
How do the contracts and notice periods work?▾
The notice period depends on the plan:
- Day Pass: Ends automatically; no cancellation needed.
- Nomad Twelve Flex: Runs for exactly one month (e.g., May 20th to June 19th). Cancellation notice is 14 days to the end of your contract month.
- Monthly Pass: Cancellation notice is 14 days to the end of the billing period (15th or end of the month).
- Annual Pass: Cancellation notice is 3 months before the term ends.
When do I pay?▾
Payment timing depends on your plan:
- Short-term: Fees for Day Passes and Nomad Flex are due immediately upon booking.
- Long-term: Monthly fees are due in advance by the 3rd working day of the billing period.
Community Rules & Amenities
Are meeting rooms included?▾
Meeting rooms ("Private Meeting Rooms", "Conference Room") must be booked and paid for separately unless explicitly included in your specific tariff.
Can I bring guests?▾
You may bring guests for meetings held in booked meeting rooms. However, unauthorized third parties are not allowed to work in the open space or use the facilities without a valid pass.
Is the space pet-friendly?▾
We love pets and our community is pet‑friendly at heart. We also need to respect the house rules, since other offices share the building. For that reason, pets aren’t permitted inside the Innergarden premises at this time.
What is the smoking policy?▾
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the building and on the entire property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area (near the trash cans).
How do I handle the kitchen?▾
We love a community feel! Please help us keep it tidy by putting used dishes directly into the dishwasher and cleaning surfaces after use.
Technology & Internet
Is the internet usage restricted?▾
We provide high-speed internet access via WLAN and LAN. Usage is subject to a "Fair Use Policy". You agree to use the internet connection in compliance with legal regulations. Illegal downloads, distribution of copyright-protected content, or visiting sites with prohibited content are strictly forbidden.
Can I use the printer?▾
Yes, a multifunction printer is available for members. Usage is generally calculated on a "Fair Use" basis. For high-volume printing, additional fees may apply according to our current price list.
Mail & Business Address
Can I register my company at this address?▾
Simply working here does not automatically grant the right to register your business. Using "Burdastraße 23" as your official business address (domicile) requires a separate "Virtual Office" agreement or a specific add-on to your membership.
How is mail handled?▾
If you have booked the corresponding mail service option, we will accept post on your behalf. However, Innergarden assumes no liability for the receipt or forwarding of mail, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability & Insurance
Are my belongings insured by Innergarden?▾
No. Members are responsible for their own personal items, electronics, and wardrobe. We recommend that you ensure your personal business or household insurance covers your equipment while working remotely. Innergarden is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to items left in the open space or private offices.
What happens if I damage something?▾
Members are liable for any damage they (or their guests) cause to the building, inventory, or technical equipment due to improper use or negligence.
Conduct & Quiet Focus
Can I make phone calls at my desk?▾
To maintain a productive atmosphere, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. Short calls at the desk are permitted if kept at a moderate volume. For longer or confidential calls, please use the designated phone booths or meeting rooms to avoid disturbing other coworkers.
What if I lose my key/transponder?▾
Please report the loss immediately. A fee will be charged for the replacement of the transponder and the deactivation of the old one to ensure building security.
