Data Controller
Personal data we process
When you submit the contact form we collect the following details:
We store this information together with a technical timestamp in a private log file on our server and forward it to our team by email so we can respond to your enquiry. We rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating the workspace) as the legal bases for this processing.
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company (optional)
- Message (required)
- Submission timestamp (generated automatically)
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your language choice and note that you acknowledged the notice. That ensures the site loads in the right language and the banner stays hidden.
For statistical insights we also integrate Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. See the next section for details; you can delete the cookies and local storage entries at any time in your browser settings.
- innergarden.locale (cookie, 12 months) — remembers the last language you selected.
- innergarden.locale (local storage) — stores the same preference to speed up page rendering.
- innergarden.consent (cookie & local storage, 12 months) — created only after you acknowledge the banner so we do not show it again.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) (cookies, 24 months) — helps us understand pseudonymised usage patterns.
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
We rely on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, services provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland), to manage our tags and measure reach.
The tag manager itself does not place cookies, but it can trigger additional analytics or marketing tags. Technical data such as your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google and may be transferred to Google LLC servers in the United States.
Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) and similar technologies to generate pseudonymised usage statistics. We enable IP anonymisation and disable Google Signals as well as personalised advertising features. Processing only starts after you confirm consent in the cookie banner. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by using script or tracking blockers in your browser.
Service providers
We use Resend, Inc. (USA) to deliver contact form messages to our inbox. The information you submit is processed on our behalf under a data processing agreement that protects your data.
Google Maps link
On the contact page we provide a button that opens Google Maps. Only when you click “Open directions in Google Maps” are your IP address (and possibly device details) sent to Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland). Google may then set cookies or similar technologies. We have no influence over that processing. If you prefer, simply don’t follow the link.
Retention
We review contact submissions regularly and delete them once your enquiry has been resolved, and in any case after twelve months. Email notifications in our mailbox follow our internal retention schedule unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to our processing of your personal data. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability or to withdraw consent with future effect.
To exercise your rights, reach us at kontakt@innergarden.community. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Only Innergarden team members who need the information to respond can access your submission.
Updates
We may update this privacy policy as our processing activities or legal obligations evolve. We will publish the revised version on this page and adjust the update date accordingly.
